Although this is a very expensive hotel, we found it to be worth the money as my wife and I visited for our 25th wedding anniversary! We were pleased to find champagne and chocolates on arrival to our suite. We had a large suite with a flat screen TV, jacuzzi and even luxury cosmetics, which much pleased my wife! From our balcony we had beautiful views of the lagoon. The hotel facilities are second to none, with an Olympic size pool and beautiful gardens, set in a tranquil environment. Being on an Island, the hotel is just a 10min boat ride to St. Mark's Square, yet it is lovely to be away from the hustle and bustle of the square. The buffet breakfast was faultless and we enjoyed our meal in one of the hotel's two restaurants, which is dress coded. The hotel and friendly staff, will certainly remain memorable to us, we both agree it to be the best hotel that we have ever stayed in.
